Progress Update — 29/12/24

I'm writing this early because I won't have time to post this in the next two days. Happy (if a bit early) New Year! ✨

The chapter is going well. I'm working on the first draft and I've almost reached the first individual scenes with the routes. Then there's another part with next individual scenes and a group scene with everyone. And the end of the chapter that I've been waiting for since the start of the story *rubbing my hands like a stupid villain*

In the first scene I tried to account for all variations of what Ash knows about the Oracle's situation. I hope there are no contextual errors. I'll have to ask for your feedback on that later when the chapter is published. It's not easy to keep all the variations in mind even when I write it all out and make diagrams… 🫠

There's a part where the gang plays a game and asks each other questions, stupid and serious. I was wracking my brain how to make it all work + what each of the group will ask the Oracle (i.e. what they're genuinely curious about, something that will speak about their character and priorities) 🧐 I hope this will be interesting to read. 

The first draft isn't the only thing I worked on this month. I have something prepared for January 👀
